SHIPPING & HANDLING
We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your account.)

We offer expedited shipping through freight.
Your tracking information will allow you to trace your shipment on http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html. Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days or less to USA, Canada, Australia, UK and most west European countries.

Customers are responsible for tracing their shipments. If you do not receive your package within seven business days please contact us. We will check the status of the package. We are not responsible for automatically returned packages or if tracking company fails to deliver the package due to incorrectly provided address or customer's failure to sign for package.

International Shipping & Processing Info

For International orders, we will ship using Global Express, like EMS Global, DHL and Fedex. This method takes 7-12 business days for delivery. Because it takes us up to 48 business hours to process your order, packages will arrive in 7-12 business days maximum. Because we value our customers, we will mark as package as personal gift, however, we are not responsible for any customs duties or problems. If you prefer for us to mark actual value of the product, please make a note of that during checkout.
