1. How do I place my order?

  • 1) Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
  • 2) Click a product you would like to view in greater detail.
  • 3) Choose quantity and click 'Add To Basket'. To add more products select 'Continue Shopping'.
  • 4) Finally when you have finished proceed to the checkout and follow the quick and simple instructions.

2. Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?

YES. We can send our product worldwide where EMS, USPS & Parcel Force can reach. And normally the delivery time will last about 7-12 days.

3. How do I use a coupon?

You can enter a coupon code during the first step of the checkout process along with order information. Under 'Order Information', there is a field to enter a coupon code. Click to deduct the coupon amount from your order total.

Contact us if you have any problems using a coupon code. We will help you to retroactively apply codes to orders already placed after we have checked the coupon is valid.

4. What are my payment choices?

Cards accepted are Visa Card. When you finish the payment, contact us with your order number to confirm your order.

5. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Only when your order has not been shipped, can you cancel or make changes to your order. Please contact us to know whether your order has been shipped out. (Usually your order will be shipped the next day after the payment has gone through.)

6. What kind of currency do you accept?

At present, we accept USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and AUD.If you are ordering from another country, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day.

7. How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

The refund will be notified after we get your returned parcel. Due to a-week-long billing cycle, you will get your refund in a week after our notification.

8. How do I check my order status?

You can track your order status by signing in and accessing the 'My Account' link from the site header. All orders placed under your username will be visible under the 'My Orders' tab.

9. What if my order never arrived?

Please contact our customer service with your order number and username by submitting tickets to us. We will investigate into your order and help you to find your order. If it was our mistakes, we will resend your order or give you a refund as you request.

10. How can I look up my order number?

If you aren't able to find your order confirmation email with your order number, you can go to the 'My Account’ page and click 'My orders' to pull up your order information.

If you are unable to pull up your order, contact us and let us know the email address and the name you used to place the order and we can locate the order number for you.

11. When will my order be shipped

Usually, your order will be shipped out next day after the payment has gone through. During the peak periods, please allow 3-4 days for us to process your order and ship it out. It will take totally 7-9 days before the parcel finally reaches you. We only offer EMS service currently.

12. How much will be charged for shipping and how can I track my parcel online?

Regardless the destination or the weight of the parcel, only £18 will be charged as per shipping fee. In 2 working days, we will send you a confirmation email about the tracking No. and tracking link. Then you can track the status of your parcel on the tracking link provided.

13. Why does my tracking number not work?

In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 24 hours and the information should be updated. If there’s still no updating information in 48 hours, please contact us immediately.

14. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

When you make a large, one-off purchase on our website, please contact us firstly by submitting tickets to us. You can benefit from discounts.

15. Is it safe to order on your website?

Yes. We guarantee that any purchase you make on our website will be 100% safe. Our web servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, and AOL's browser, so that only our website can read a buyer's personal information. Then your information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by an authorized computer.

16. Will I get an order confirmation?

Normally, if you add us to your mailing list, you will get confirmation about your order. The mail of confirmation is send to you by system automatically. Sometimes, your mail box will refuse to accept it. It may lie in the spam box. Or even the mail will be rejected totally. So we sincerely suggest you add us into your mailing box to avoid the miss of mails.
